This IICRC course will teach you how to safely decontaminate properties that have once been the scene of a crime or a death.

The IICRC Trauma and Crime Scene Cleanup Course will give you in depth knowledge about the risks that you may face in crime & trauma scenes, the different issues which may arise and learning the correct methods of remediation and decontamination.


With a strong focus on practical training, occupational health and safety and personal Protective equipment (PPE), this course is an absolute must for anyone looking to enter into this specialised market or is already providing this service. The course will also teach the inspection and investigation of blood and other potentially infectious material (OPIM) contamination and for establishing work plans and procedure

Course graduates will gain hands-on experience working in a simulated environment during this course, and will leave with an understanding of the risks posed on the job, and how to minimise these risks .

Sit the optional exam at the end of this course to gain your IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician Certification upon successful completion. All exam fees are payable directly to IICRC on the day of the exam.
