We are very excited to announce that Chuck Boutall is coming back to Australia!

Chuck is known for his exception knowledge and understanding of water damaged building. Having extensive hands on experience in both residential and commercial environments, with a special interest in the commercial drying space, Chuck brings all of his experiences into the classroom. 

 

Chuck creates an interactive environment that encourages everyone to learn and really understand the science of drying a building.

The IICRC Water Damage Technician Course is the entry level course for anyone working in the water damage restoration, insurance building, insurance professionals or hygiene industries. This course provides attendees with a good foundation of understanding water damage. The IICRC Water Damage Technician Course provides great insight into the science of drying and helps attendees grasp the main concepts that they are exposed to when handling a water damage job. Chuck provides a great deal of practical tips and tricks through the course to ensure that students leave feeling confident to tackle a basic job. Obviously we can not create an expert our of someone in 3 days. Chuck focuses on the most important information which provide the foundation for a skills water damage professional. 

 

The IICRC Commercial Drying Specialist Course is a course aimed at anyone addressing commercial water damage jobs. The IICRC Water Damage Technician Course is a pre-requisite for this advanced course. Chuck is an absolute guru when it comes to drying commercial structures. When handling a commercial water damage project there are very different concerns and priorities than dealing with a residential project. Issues of minimising business interruption become the major priority. This advanced course provides students with a comprehensive program to handle commercial loss situations.
